§1 Overview
PurpleNet (AS14054) is the network of Purpleume — the AI inference and content delivery platform of Purple Computer Group. The network is operated by Purple Computer North America, Inc. and provides global IP transport across regions where Purpleume services are delivered.
The group maintains entities in Japan, the United States, and the Netherlands. PurpleNet is being actively built out across these regions, and we welcome the opportunity to interconnect with networks of all sizes.

§2 Locations
PurpleNet operates in carrier-neutral facilities in the United States and the Netherlands, with further PoPs planned across Asia and Latin America. We are actively expanding our footprint.

§3 Peering
3.1 Policy Summary
AS14054 maintains an open peering policy. We welcome peering with any network at any internet exchange where we have a common presence.
PNI is also available where it makes sense for both parties.

3.2 Public Peering (via Route Servers)
AS14054 connects to the route servers at every internet exchange where we are present. If your network announces routes via the route server, peering with AS14054 is automatic — no separate request needed.
AS14054 は接続するすべての IX のルートサーバに接続します。ルートサーバ経由で経路広告いただいているネットワークとは、個別の依頼なく自動的にピアリングが成立します。
3.3 Bilateral IX Sessions
We are happy to set up bilateral BGP sessions at internet exchanges on request. Just send us your ASN and peering IPs at the relevant IX, and we will configure the session promptly.
IX 上での bilateral BGP セッションについてもご相談ください。ASN と該当 IX のピアリング IP をお知らせいただければ、速やかにセッションを設定します。
3.4 Private Network Interconnect (PNI)
We are open to PNI at facilities where we have a physical presence. PNI tends to make sense when both networks exchange enough traffic that private interconnection provides operational benefit over IX public peering.
A few practical points:
- Locations
- PNI is most practical at facilities where both parties already have presence. We are not currently in a position to extend into new facilities solely for PNI.
- Cost
- We typically share cross-connect and related costs equally with the peering partner, though we are happy to discuss alternative arrangements.
- Settlement
- PNI is normally settlement-free. In cases where settlement-free interconnection does not fit, we can discuss paid peering or transit as alternatives.

- 拠点
- 双方が既に物理在駐する施設での PNI が現実的です。現時点では PNI のみを目的とした新拠点展開は行っていません。
- コスト
- クロスコネクトおよび関連費用は双方折半が基本ですが、別の取り決めも相談に応じます。
- 決済
- PNI は原則 settlement-free です。Settlement-free が馴染まない場合は paid peering または transit を代替案としてご相談できます。

3.5 Technical Notes
A few technical points that apply to peering with AS14054:
- We accept and announce both IPv4 and IPv6.
- We perform RPKI ROV validation; invalid routes are dropped. RPKI ROA on your prefixes is appreciated.
- We expect consistent route announcement across common IXes, and would not point a default route at you (or vice versa).
- A 24/7 NOC contact is helpful for resolving any issues that come up.
- PeeringDB entry helps us coordinate.
Standard stuff — nothing unusual.
AS14054 とのピアリングにあたっての技術的な留意点です:
- IPv4 / IPv6 双方の経路を受け入れ・広告します。
- RPKI ROV 検証を行います。Invalid 経路は破棄されますので、プレフィックスへの ROA 公開をご検討ください。
- 共通 IX における一貫した経路広告をお願いします。デフォルトルートを相手に向けることは双方ともいたしません。
- 障害対応のため、24/7 で連絡が取れる NOC 窓口があると助かります。
- PeeringDB エントリがあると調整がスムーズです。
特殊な要件はありません。
3.6 Internet Exchanges
We are live at AMS-IX in Amsterdam, with route server peering established over 10GE. Capacity will move to 100G as traffic grows, and SG-IX is planned alongside our Singapore PoP. Additional IX presence will be added as we expand into new locations.
